PUBLIC NOTICE: DELIBERATIVE SESSION

SPECIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT MEETING
TO CURE A PROCEDURAL DEFECT

Notice is hereby given that the Epping School District will hold a Special School District Meeting pursuant to RSA 31:5-b for the purpose of curing a procedural defect related to the certification of the MS-27 Official Ballot Voting Form Budget.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider and act upon the following article:

Article 1: Cure of Procedural Defect Pursuant to RSA 31:5-b and RSA 40:16

To see if the district will vote to ratify the results of the February 5, 2026 annual meeting even though a certified copy of the MS27 (budget as posted) was not posted.

All registered voters of the Epping School District are entitled to attend and vote.
